I just wonder who would hold up the longest Transformers( Autobots,Decepticons,etc) or Gundams(G fighter, Wing, Etc)

When it comes to Gundams, you have to consider Pilot skill. So, if only the best pilots were in the Gundams (Shining Gundam FTW) then Gundams for sure. If it was just some Zeon Scrubs, then Transformers all the way. If Unicron, then there is no contest.
