So this was the first Movie i remember watching this year in theaters. I saw it opening night, at Malco, in 3D. It was definitely a great experience, with almost packed houses and cosplayers running around like fools.
Since I've been out of the Potter game for a while, I didn't know what to expect. My GF, who wanted to go, was excited for it, and was even more excited for the midnight showing.
The movie starts off kinda slow, as most movies do, but it picks up once the gang
Spoiler:
and then never really lets up. Whether or not there are things going on on-screen, you know that the gang is in danger pretty much the entire time.
Spoiler:
It's a whirlwind ending for the series with a whirlwind ending in itself. I recommend it to any Potter Fan, but only after you've watched the first 7, in order. Things get kinda hard to follow if you jump in at the end.

I give it a 9/10, because it was a good show, with strong actors portraying strong characters. Everything is there for the Potter fans, but it doesn't get the whole thing because there wasn't much in the way of catching people up who may have forgotten the last movie in the time between movies.
