| That chart is a lie! No one I knew in the North ever said pop and I lived there for like 14 years! I bet if you asked the country they'd say soda and Soda pop = Soda because Soda comes first |

| Yes  You would go to the movies and ask for a coke then get a coke and be all like "I wanted a Dr. Pepper" and we're all like "You said coke" and then your like "Yea thats what I said a coke so give me Dr. Pepper" and then we are like "What in the fucking hell why didnt you just say Dr. Pepper in the first place! A coke is coke not Dr. Pepper! Its a soda!" |

| I would've said Dr. Pepper if I wanted Dr. Pepper. If I said soda or pop they would have done the same thing. The Category, though, for all Carbonated beverages, is Coke. |

| It was called soda first, Ive never heard of a coke fountain but sure heard of a Soda fountain. Bottled soda not a bottled coke as the whole category and this argument will go on till the day O'Malley and I die since this is our personal fight D:< Its Soda old man! |

| That chart of yours pertains information from just more than states in the United states although it implies differently. This debate shall only hold merit in the country of our origin so, if it pleases the court I move to disregard this piece of evidence from the jury and have it made as impermissible. HA! |
